STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Below text serves as a suggestion and doesn’t engage Odoo S.A. responsibility.

1.  Customer should be paid the 50% deposit when placing the order, and the full amount payment be required for customized products. After placing an order, customers are not allowed to return or refund for any reason.
2.  If customers need to arrange product shipment, please notify our company one week in advance and pay the full amount 7 working days before shipment, providing complete shipping information.
3.  The price is the unit price and excluded transportation fees, handling fees, invoices, etc. If tax invoice is required, 13% tax fee is needed.
4.  There are differences in color and size between the product images and the actual product. Please refer to the actual product in the product showroom for accuracy.
5.  If exceeding 30 days after production day，storge fee are needed to paid.
6.  This order shall come into effect upon receipt or signature by the purchaser or authorized agent, and shall have legal effect. If any changes of order details,buyer needs to inform saler within 48 hours after placing the order.
7.  If payment is made in another currency, the exchange rate will be determined through mutual agreement between the two parties.
8. Buyer needs to check all the details above and arrange to pay the deposit.After receiving the deposit, the order is legally enforceable. If buyer changes the product, buyer must inform saler to change within 72 hours after confirming the order, or the deposit and advance payment is invalid.
9. There will be a certain color difference in different batches of leather and fabric, which is a normal phenomenon; It is normal for the dermis to have its own rubber bands and skin marks.
10. Natural marble is a natural attribute, each piece will have a texture and color gap, non-quality problems after sale will not be returned.
11. Non-quality problems after sale will not be returned for customized products.
12. This quotation is valid for 15days, if 50% deposit is not received within 15days, the quotation is invalid.
